- How far in advance should I book?
- It varies by journey — most need 7 to 14 days' notice, shown on each journey page. Earlier is always easier for us to confirm your preferred lodges.
- Is Ethiopia safe for tourists?
- Our routes stay within well-established travel corridors, with private guiding and vetted drivers throughout. Your travel designer will flag anything relevant closer to your dates.
- Do I need a visa?
- Most GCC and international visitors can arrange an Ethiopian e-visa online in advance. We'll confirm the current requirement for your passport when you submit a request.
- What's the best time of year to visit?
- October through March is driest and most popular. The highlands stay green and dramatic just after the June–September rains, if you don't mind a chance of afternoon showers.
