Is Africano a government office?
No. We are an independent travel company. The government authority of the country you visit decides every application.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No one can. We check your eligibility and documents so the application goes in complete and correct.
When do I pay?
After we review your documents and confirm the route and the price.
What happens if my application is not approved?
We tell you what the authority said and what your options are. Refund terms are in our visa terms and are confirmed before you pay.
How do I send my documents?
On WhatsApp, to the Visa Desk. Clear photos or scans are fine.
How do I follow my application?
Use the Track Application page with your reference, or message the Visa Desk.
Saudi tourist visa
Do I get a one-year multiple-entry visa?
Not necessarily. The Saudi authorities decide the validity, the number of entries and the permitted stay, and these vary by nationality and case.
What is the difference between Regular and Fast?
Only the expected processing time. Regular usually takes 7 to 10 working days and Fast about 4. Both are estimates.
My relative is visiting me in Qatar. Can we go together?
Yes, through the resident companion route for first-degree relatives. You apply together in one request.
Egypt security approval
Do I need a confirmed flight ticket to apply?
No. A clear passport copy and your departure country are required. Without a confirmed ticket, approval is issued provisionally. A confirmed ticket is required for the circulation notice and telegram; we arrange these 3 days before your flight. Ask us on WhatsApp for a ticket quote.
What does the approval cost?
The Sudanese-passport price is shown with the Harbiya service. Other nationalities receive a quote on WhatsApp. Prices may change without prior notice; terms and conditions apply. The amount saved with an existing request remains unchanged.
Is this an Egypt visa?
No. It is a security approval some travellers need before travelling. The final permission to enter is a separate decision by the Egyptian authorities.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. The Egyptian authorities decide every request. We help you submit it correctly.
How long does it take?
Harbiya issue is expected within 72 working hours. This is an estimate, subject to case review and the Egyptian authorities.
How long is the approval valid?
3 months from the date it is issued. After you enter Egypt, the stay is 3 months. It cannot be extended.
Can I enter Egypt more than once?
This route is single entry only.

Kenya eTA
Is the eTA a visa?
No. It is an electronic travel authorisation you obtain before you fly. Kenya replaced its visa with the eTA.
Is the Africano price the government fee?
No. It is our price for the assisted application. Your quote from the Visa Desk lists the government fee and our service fee separately.
Tanzania tourist visa
Do I need a separate visa for Zanzibar?
No. Zanzibar is part of Tanzania and uses the same immigration system.
