The stages of an application

This is the normal order. Some applications skip a stage or return to one.

    We have your request and your details.

  2. Documents required

    We are waiting for one or more documents from you.

  3. Documents under review

    We are checking the documents against the requirements.

  4. Payment verification

    We are confirming your payment.

  5. Ready for submission

    Everything is in order and queued to submit.

  6. Submitted

    The application is with the government authority.

  7. Processing

    The authority is reviewing it.

  8. Additional documents requested

    The authority asked for more. We tell you what is needed.

  9. Further review

    The authority is taking a closer look. This adds time.

  10. Approved

    The authority approved the application.

  11. Visa issued

    We send you the visa or travel authorisation.
